A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE CITY ATTORNEY OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Richard W. Morrison is hereby appointed to the
office of City Attorney of the City of Tamarac, Florida, to
serve at the pleasure of the Council.
SECTION 2. The compensation of said City Attorney shall be at
the hourly rate of twenty-five dollars per hour for each hour
devoted by him to the performance of his duties under the City
Charter or as shall from time to time be expressly approved by
the Council.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be effective upon its adop-
tion.
ADOPTED THIS 3rd DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1963.
