RESOLUTION NO. 4-63
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CLERK OF THE
MUNICIPAL COURT AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Louise S. Gill is hereby appointed to the office
of Clerk of the Municipal Court of the City of Tamarac,
Florida, to serve without compensation at the pleasure of the
Council.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective upon its
adoption.
ADOPTED THIS 3rd DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1963.
