A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROPER OFFICERS OF THE
CITY TO ACCEPT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AN ASSIGNMENT
FROM TAMARAC LAKES, INC. CERTAIN OBLIGATIONS AND
RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO RECREATIONAL LANDS WITHIN
THE CITY.
WHEREAS, Tamarac Lakes, Inc., has offered to assign its
obligations and rights with respect to the certain recreational
lands within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac has considered
said offer and deems the same to be in the best interests of the.
City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
1. That this Council deems the offer of Tamarac Lakes,
Inc., a Florida corporation, to assign its obligations and rights
with respect to certain recreational buildings, structures and
facilities within the City as contained in paragraph 6 of those
certain Use and Building Restrictions, dated February 28, 1964,
and recorded March 5, 1964, in Broward County, Florida, Official
Records Book 2765, at Pages 450 through 463, both inclusive, to
be in the best interests of the City.
2. That the Council accept said offer of assignment for
and on behalf of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
3. That the proper officers of the City be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute Acceptance of Assignment
for and on behalf of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF MARCH, A.D. 1964.
