A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A WATER AGREE-
MENT WITH THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
That the proper officials of the City be and they are here-
by authorized and directed to execute an agreement with the City
of Fort Lauderdale, a municipal corporation of Florida, for sale
of water from the City of Fort Lauderdale to the City of Tamarac,
which agreement has been submitted to and approved by the Council.
ADOPTED THIS 4th DAY OF MAY, 1964.
