RESOLUTION NO. 64-6
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A PLAT
OF TAMARAC LAKES SECOND SECTION AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE PROPER OFFICERS OF THE CITY TO
. EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The Plat of Tamarac Lakes Second Section, a sub-
division in the SW 1/4 of Section 16, Township 49 South,
Range 42 East, City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida, pre-
sented for approval and acceptance by Tamarac Lakes, Inc., a
Florida corporation, a copy of which is on file with the City
Engineer, is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. The proper officers of the City are hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute said Plat for and on behalf of
the City.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be effective upon its adop-
tion.
ADOPTED THIS lst DAY OF OCTOBER, 1964.
