RESOLUTION NO. 65-2
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PROPER
CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO WATER
AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That an Amendment to Water Agreement entered into
by and between the City of Fort Lauderdale and the City of
Tamarac as of March 1, 1964, adding a water service area, be
and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper City Officials are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Tamarac.
ADOPTED THIS lst DAY OF MARCH, 1965.
