RESOLUTION NO. 65-4
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A PLAT OF
TAMARAC LAKES NORTH, SECOND SECTION AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE PROPER OFFICERS OF THE CITY TO
EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The Plat of Tamarac Lakes North, Second Section, a
subdivision in Section 17, Township 49 South, Range 42 East,
City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida, presented for approval
and acceptance by Tamarac Lakes, Inc., a Florida corporation, a
copy of which is on file with the City Engineer, is hereby
approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. The proper officers of the City are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute said Plat for and on behalf of the
City.
ADOPTED THIS 7th day of June, 1965.
