RESOLUTION NO. 65-5
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROPER OFFICERS OF THE CITY
TO ACCEPT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AN ASSIGNMENT FROM
TAMARAC LAKES, INC. CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS AND
SERVITUDES ON LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.
• WHEREAS, TAMARAC LAKES, INC. has offered to assign its
interest in certain restrictions and servitudes on lands within the
City, as more fully described in the Assignment attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac has considered
said offer and deems the same to be in the best interests of the
City; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
1. That this Council deems the offer of TAMARAC LAKES, INC.,
a Florida corporation, to assign its interest in certain restrictions
and servitudes as contained in paragraph 5 of those certain Use and
Building Restrictions, dated July 14, 1965 and recorded July 15, 1965,
in Broward County, Florida, Official Records Book 3049, Pages 384
through 391, both inclusive, to be in the best interests of the City.
2. That the Council accept said offer of assignment for
and on behalf of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
3. That the proper officers of the City be, and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute Acceptance of Assignment
for and on behalf of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1965.
