A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PROPER
CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A MUNICIPAL STREET
LIGHTING AGREEMENT WITH FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT
COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
That the proper officials of the City be and they are here-
by authorized and directed to execute a Municipal Street Lighting
Agreement with Florida Power and Light Company, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, to
furnish electric energy and services for the street lighting system
within the corporate limits of City of Tamarac by Florida Power and
Light Company, which agreement has been submitted to and approved
by the Council.
ADOPTED this lst DAY OF November , 1965.
