RESOLUTION RESTRICTING THE USE OF THE UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
LOT 43, BLOCK 121 TAMARAC LAKES NORTH SECOND
SECTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That certain utility easement lying on the South-
east corner of Lot 4, Block 12, TAMARAC LAKES NORTH SECOND
SECTION, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 61,
Page 8, presently being used for sewer and water purposes, is
not needed for any other public utility purposes.
SECTION 2. That the use of the utility easement described -in
Section 1 hereof shall be and the same is hereby restricted to
water and sewer purposes.
SECTION 3. Nothing in this resolution shall operate to restrict
the use of the other easements indicated on the Plat of TAMARAC
LAKES NORTH SECOND SECTION, including that easement as shown on
said Plat and located along the West line of Lot 4, Block 12,
TAMARAC LAKES NORTH SECOND SECTION.
ADOPTED THIS 8th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1967.
