RESOLUTION ABANDONING THE EAST FIFTEEN (15) FEET OF A
PUBLIC EASEMENT OVER THE WEST TWENTY-FIVE (25) FEET
OF A PORTION OF LOT 9, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 49, RANGE
41 EAST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the East 15 feet of the 25 foot easei4ent along
the West 25 feet of the following described property, to -wit:
A PORTION of Lot 9, Section 13, Township 49-S6uth, Range 41
East, FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARM IS, according to the.Plat-
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4,.Page 31, of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, and more particularly described as.
follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 9, thence
N-0012112"-W, along the East line `of said Lot 9, 1067.0 feet
to a point; thence N-89015142"-W,,parallel to the North line
and South line of said Lot 9, 100tN01 feet to a point on the
West Right of way line of State Road No. 7 (U. S. 441) and
the Point of Beginning of this.'d4:cription; thence continue
N-89015142"-W, 250.0 feet to-a�'dint; thence S-0012'12"-E,
parallel to the East line of°s Lot 9, 300.0 feet to a
point; thence South 89015'421..-E.`parallel to the North line
and South line of said Lot 9, 2�50.0 feet to a point on the
West Right of way line of State Road No. 7 (U. S. 441);
thence N-0012'12"-W, along said West Right of way line; 300.0
feet to the Point of Beginning.
