• RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING VACATING AND
ABANDONING CERTAIN HEREINDESCRIBED RIGHTS -OF -WAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Notice is hereby given of the intention of the Council
of the City of Tamarac to vacate and abandon the following described
rights -of -way:
The West 50 feet of Prospect Road as shown on the Plat
of Tamarac Lakes South as recorded in Plat Book 62 at
page 24 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida;
also,
That portion of the NE4 of Section 17, Township 49 South,
Range 42 East (Prospect Road) lying Southeast of and
adjacent to Block 12, bounded as follows: On the East
by the Southerly extension of the the most Easterly line
of Block 12, on the South by the Easterly extension of
the most Southerly line of Block 12, and on the North
and West by Block 12, less the external part of a 25
foot radius curve lying between the Tangents;
ALL of the above described lands situate, lying and being
in Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 2. A Public Hearing is hereby called to be held on
Tuesday, September 5, 1967 at 8 p. m. at 1941 West Oakland Park
Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for the purpose of hearing any
and all objections regarding the foregoing proposed vacation and
. abandonment.

SECTION 3. The Clerk is hereby instructed to publish notice of said
public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the City
at least twice, and said notice is to be published at least two
• weeks in advance of said public hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the City of Tamarac
shall hold a public hearing upon a resolution to vacate and
abandon the following described right of way, lying within the
City of Tamarac, Florida:
The South 15 feet of Tracts 5, 6, 7 and 8 and the North
15 feet of Tracts 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Fort Lauderdale
Truck Farms Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 31 of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, said lands lying in Section
13, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, City of Tamarac,
Broward County, Florida.
Said hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 1967
at 8 p. m. at 1941 West Oakland Park Boulevard,_,Fort Lauderdale,
Florida.
