' A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PROPER
CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH TAMARAC
LAKES, INC. CONCERNING WATER AND SEWER LINES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
That the proper officials of the City be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement with
Tamarac Lakes, Inc. providing for the re -conveyance of all
water and. sewer lines presently installed in certain sub-
divisions in the City. A copy of said agreement is attached
hereto.
Adopted this 22nd day of October, 1967.
