RESOLUTION NO. 67-5
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING VACATING AND
ABANDONING CERTAIN HEREINDESCRIBED RIGHTS -OF -WAY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1. Notice is hereby given of the intention of the
Council of the City of Tamarac to vacate and abandon the foll-
owing described rights -of -way:
The external part of a 25 foot radius curve at the
Northeast corner of Parcel "S" of Tamarac Lakes South,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 62,
page 24, of the public records of Broward County, Florida;
said parcel being bounded on the North by the Easterly
extension of the North line of said Parcel "S", and
bounded on the East by the Northerly extension of the
East line of said Parcel "S".
ALL of the above described lands situate, lying and being
in Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 2. A Public Hearing is hereby called to be held on
Monday, November 6, 1967 at 8 p. m. at 1941 West Oakland Park
Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for the purpose of hearing
any and all objections regarding the foregoing proposed vacation
and abandonment.
SECTION 3. The Clerk is hereby instructed to publish notice of
said public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the
City at least twice, and said notice is to be published at least
two weeks in advance of said public hearing.
