RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF FOUR DODGE TRUCKS
AND THE BORROWING OF MONIES FROM THE AMERICAN NATIONAL
BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of Massey Yardley
Dodge, Inc. for the sale to the City of four Dodge trucks for
a total purchase price of $7,395.00.
SECTION 2. The City, having made application to the American
National Bank and Trust Company for a loan in the amount of
$7,395.00, the proceeds of which are to be used to pay for the
purchase of the above -described trucks, and said application
• having been accepted, the Council hereby approves the making of
said loan and authorizes the proper officers of the City to
• execute any and all documents required in connection therewith.
