A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BRUNO L. DI GIULIAN
AS CITY ATTORNEY AND WILLIAM F. ZAMER AS
ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF •
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida, desires to appoint a City Attorney and an Assistant
City Attorney to serve at the pleasure of the City Council;
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That BRUNO L. DI GIULIAN is hereby
appointed City Attorney and WILLIAM F. ZAMER is hereby appointed
Assistant City Attorney of the City of Tamarac, Florida, both
of whom shall serve at the pleasure of the City Council, for
the following compensation:
$35.00 per hour with a minimum of $350.00 per
month, (10 hours credit for $350.00 minimum).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of October, A.D.,
1968.
