RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROPER OFFICERS OF THE
CITY TO ACCEPT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AN ASSIGN-
MENT FROM THE WOODLANDS, SECTION ONE, PHASE ONE
ASSOCIATION, CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS AND SERVITUDES
OF LANDS WITHIN THE CITY OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, THE WOODLANDS, SECTION ONE, PHASE ONE ASSOCIA-
TION., has offered to assign its interest in certain restrictions
and servitudes on lands within the City as more fully described
in the Assignment attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac has consid-
ered said offer and deems the same to be in the best interest
of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
1. That this Council deems the offer of THE WOODLANDS,
SECTION ONE, PHASE ONE ASSOCIATION, to assign its interest in
certain restrictions and servitudes as contained in that certain
Declaration of Restrictions dated October 28, 1968, recorded October
30, 1968 in 0. R. Book 3779, Page 656, Public Records of Broward
County, Florida; and re -recorded December 18, 1969, in 0. R.
Book 3851, Page 642, Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
to be in the best interes of the City.
2. That the Council accents said offer of assignment
for and on behalf of the City of Tamarac, Florida, subject to
the provisions contained in such assignment.
3. That the proper officials of the City be, and they
are, hereby authorized and directed to execute an Acceptance
of Assignment of the Assignor's interest in the aforesaid restrictions
and servitudes.
