A RESOLUTION VACATING AND ABANDONING CERTAIN
STREET RIGHTS -OF -WAY IN THE PLAT OF FLORIDA
TRUCK FARMS,_SECTION.14,, TOWNSHIP 49. SOUTH,
RANGE 41 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a request I*P
abandon certain right-of-way and has studied the request; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the publ
interest no longer requires the City of Tamarac to retain an
interest in said right-of-way; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the road right-of-way shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set
forth in full herein, is hereby vacated and abandoned.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk be instructed to
record a certified copy of this Resolution in the public
records of Broward County, Florida, and that all appropriate
County officers and departments be provided a copy hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1969.
