RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNATURE OF MRS.
MILDRED NYBO, CITY CLERK, ON ALL BANK ACCOUNTS
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, AS A COUNTER
SIGNATURE TO THAT OF THE MAYOR OR, IN HIS
ABSENCE, THE VICE -MAYOR.
WHEREAS, Mrs. Mildred Nybo has been appointed
City Clerk of the City of Tamarac, Florida, effective
February 28, 1969; and,
WHEREAS, the Charter of said City requires the
City Clerk to countersign all checks or drafts on the City's
bank accounts; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the signature of Mrs. Mildred
Nybo, City Clerk, on all City's bank accounts is her
authorized as a counter signature to that of the Mayor,
William A. Morse, or, in his absence, the Vice -Mayor,
Charles J. Pastor. That the City Clerk is hereby author-
ized and directed to provide certified copies of this Re-
solution to all banking institutions at which the City main-
tains bank accounts.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of February, 1969.
