A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNATURE OF
WILLIAM L. BLAND, CITY CLERK, ON ALL BANK
ACCOUNTS OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, AS
A COUNTER SIGNATURE TO THAT OF THE MAYOR, OR,
IN HIS ABSENCE, THE VICE -MAYOR.
WHEREAS, Mr. William L. Bland has been appointed
City Clerk of the City of Tamarac, Florida, effective
April IV 1969; and,
WHEREAS, the Charter of said City requires the
City Clerk to countersign -all checks -or drafts on the
City's bank accounts; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
• SECTION 1: That the signature of William L. Bland,
City Clerk, on all City's bank accounts is hereby authorized
as a counter signature to that of the Mayor, William A.
Morse, or, in his absence, the Vice -Mayor, Charles J. Pastor.
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
provide certified copies of this Resolution to all banking
institutions at which the City maintains bank accounts.
