A RESOLUTION VACATING AND ABANDONING CERTAIN
ROAD RIGHTS -OF -WAY IN THE PLAT OF FORT
LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 10,
TOWNSHIP 4q SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a request
to abandon certain road rights -of -way and has studied the
request; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the public
interest no longer requires the City of Tamarac to retain an
interest in said rights -of -way; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the road right-of-way shown on
_ Exhibit "A" attached -hereto and made a part hereof as if set
forth in full herein, is hereby vacated and abandoned.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk be instructed to
record a certified copy of this Resolution in the public
records of Broward County, Florida, and that all appropriate
County officers and departments be provided a copy hereof.

SCHEDULE "A"
The North 15 feet of the following described property. -
The North 525.5 feet of the West 881.92 feet of Tract 12,
of Section 10, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, according
to the plat thereof, of FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUB-
DIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31, of the
Public Records of Broward County, Florida; less the West
53 feet thereof for Road Right-of-way; and said land
containing 10 acres, more or less.
