A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO
THE FIRE PROTECTION CONTRACTS WITH THE BAILEY
ROAD AND THE NORTH ANDREWS VOLUNTEER FIRE
DEPARTMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that
there were certain omissions regarding rates in the -
Contracts previously authorized for fire protection, and
the City Council desires to amend said Contracts to cure
said omissions; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Fire Protection Contracts
previously authorized to be entered into between the City
and the Bailey Road and the North Andrews Volunteer Fire
• Departments are hereby amended, as to the rates, in the
following particulars:
0.50 per vacant lot
0.10 per acre for unplatted property
SECTION 2: The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such amendments to
said Contracts as may be necessary to effect the additions
provided for herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day May, 1969.
