RESOLUTION NO.
27-69
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION
OF CHARLES BRUETT AND GEORGE GOUBIA
FROM THE ZONING BOARD AND APPOINTING
CLIFFORD BAXTER AND WILLIAM FINCK TO
SAID BOARD TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that
CHARLES BRUETT and GEORGE GOUBIA have resigned from the
Zoning Board, creating two vacancies for their unexpired
terms; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it wise and ex-
pedient to fill said unexpired terms and deems CLIFFORD
• BAXTER and WILLIAM FINCK well qualified to serve on the
Zoning Board; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC , FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The resignations of CHARLES BRUETT
and GEORGE GOUBIA be and they are hereby accepted.
SECTION 2: That CLIFFORD BAXTER be and he is
hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term of CHARLES
BRUETT, and, WILLIAM FINCK, be and he is hereby appointed
to fill the unexpired term of GEORGE GOUBIA.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, 1969.
