RESOLUTION NO. 28-69
A RESOLUTION VACATING AND ABANDONING CERTAIN
STREET RIGHTS -OF -WAY IN THE PLAT OF FLORIDA
TRUCK FARMS, SECTIONS 8, 9 AND 10, TOWNSHIP
49, RANGE 41 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a request to
abandon certain right-of-way and has studied the request; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the public
interest no longer requires the City of Tamarac to retain an
interest in said right-of-way; NOW THEREFORE,

BE IT RESQLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the road right-of-way shown on

Exhibit "A'-- B anJ "C" attached hereto and made a part here-

of as if ''set forth in full herein, is hereby vacated and aban-
doned.

SECTION 2: That the City Clerk be instructed to

record a certified copy of this Resolution in the public.
records of Broward County, Florida, and that all appropriate
County officers and departments be provided a copy hereof.

Records of Browar.d County, Florida, being more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 8; thence N-Oo 01'
37" - W, along the East line of said Section 8, a distance of 2625
feet to the Point of Beginning of this description; thence continuing
N-00 Ol' 37" - W, a distance of 15 feet; thence Westerly, along a line
that terminates on the West line of said Section 8, 2640 feet North
of the Southwest corner of said Section 8, as measured along the West
• linc of said Section 8, a distance of 1320 feet, more or less, to an
intersection with Northerly projection of the West line of Tract 9,
of said Section 8; thence Southerly, along the last described line,

cribed as follows:

Northerly, along the East line thereof, a distance of 2625 feet
