A RESOLUTION ALLOWING INTER COUNTY SPRAY
SERVICE, INC., TO PROVIDE SPRAY SERVICE
FOR GROUNDS AND LAWN IN THE CITY OF TAM-
ARAC; PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS THEREFOR;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it wise and ex-
pedient to provide for spray service for the grounds and
lawns of areas within the City; and,
WHEREAS, Inter -County Spray Service, Inc., has
proposed acceptable terms and conditions to provide said
service; now, therefore,
• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Inter -County Spray Service, Inc.,
be and it is hereby granted the privilege, to continue at the
pleasure of the Council, to afford spray service within the
City of Tamarac on a regular basis.
SECTION 2: A representative of Inter -County Spray
Service, Inc., and the superintendent of grounds and lawns
of the City of Tamarac, shall inspect the grounds and lawns
of the City on a montUy basis, and if deemed advisable by
the representative of the company and the City, the company
• shall spray the grounds and lawns in an acceptable and

satisfactory manner and at a cost as defined below. In the
event of a dispute between the representative of the company
and the superintendent of grounds and lawns as to the advis-
ability of the necessity for the spray service provided
herein, the opinion of the superintendent shall govern.
SECTION 3: Additional houses shall be determined
by closing lists supplied by Behring Properties, Inc.
SECTION 4: The company shall charge at the rate
of $1.50 per house; provided, however, irregular lots in
Woodlands shall be charged at the rate of $3.00 per 6,000
square feet of grass area to be sprayed. Billing shall be
monthly.

type program to satisfy your lawn pest control needs, as prescribed in the following
paragraph:
For the control of: Individual properties to be

Army Worms and sprayed as often as needed,
Fungus to effect adequate control.
The above prescribed work will be done at a cost of $__L50 per housper month.
Payments may be made in advance. Quarterly -- semi-annually --�, or
annually - to be billed monthly.
There will be a service charge of -none for army worms and/or sod
web worms due to the unnatural controllability.
All work will be of good quality and will be completely guaranteed.
This contract will not terminate for a period of one (1) year from starting date.
