A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNATURE OF CHARLES
LATZ, COUNCILMAN, ON ALL BANK ACCOUNTS OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA; SAID AUTHORIZION TO
TERMINATE JULY 31, 1969 ,pw�-A Uti

WHEREAS, the Mayor and the Vice -Mayor will be un-
available during the month of July, up to July 31, 1969; and
WHEREAS, the Charter and Resolution No. 9-69,
require that the Mayor and/or the Vice -Mayor, in his absence,
countersign all City checks on City bank accounts; and,
Councilman Charles Latz will be available to countersign
all City checks and drafts during the interim period; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the signature of CHARLES LATZ,
City Councilman, on all City bank accounts, is hereby
authorized as a counter -signature to that of the City Clerk.
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
provide certified copies of this Resolution to all banking
institutions at which the City maintains bank accounts.
