RESOLUTION NO. 42-69
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROPER OFFICERS OF THE
CITY TO ACCEPT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AN ASSIGN-
MENT FROM THE WOODLANDS SECTION SEVEN ASSOCIATION,
CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS AND SERVITUDES OF LANDS
WITHIN THE CITY OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, THE WOODLANDS SECTION SEVEN ASSOCIATION, has offered
to assign its interest in certain restrictions and servitudes on lands
within the City as more fully described in the Assignment attached
hereto, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac has considered
said offer and deems the same to be in the best interest of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
1. That this Council deems the offer of THE WOODLANDS
SECTION SEVEN ASSOCIATION, to assign its interest in certain restrictions
and servitudes as contained in that certain Declaration of Restrictions
dated March 69 1969, and recorded March 7, 1969, in 0. R. Book 3877,
Page 583, Public Records of Broward County, Florida, to be in the
best interest of the City.
2. That the Council accepts said offer of assignment
for and on behalf of the City of Tamarac, Florida, subject to
the provisions contained in such assignment.
3. That the proper officials of the City be, and they
are, hereby authorized and directed to execute an Acceptance of
Assignment of the Assignor's interest in the aforesaid restrictions
and servitudes.
ADOPTED this day of 1969.
