RESOLUTION NO. ��-46
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROPER OFFICERS OF THE
CITY TO ACCEPT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AN ASSIGN
MENT FROM BEHRING PROPERTIES, INC., CERTAIN RE-
STRICTIONS AND SERVITUDES OF LANDS WITHIN THE
CITY OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, BEHRING PROPERTIES, INC. has offered to assign
its interest in certain restrictions and servitudes on lands
within the City as more fully described in the Assignment attached
hereto, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac has considered
said offer and deems the same to be in the best interests of the
City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
1. That this Council deems the offer of BEHRING PROPER-
TIES, INC., a Florida corporation, to assign its interest in certain
restrictions and servitudes as contained in paragraph 5 of that
certain Declaration of Restrictions, dated July 12, 1968, and recorded
July 15, 1968, in Broward County, Florida, Official Records
Book 3705, at Page178, to be in the best interest of the City.
2. That the Council accepts said offer, of assignment
for and on behalf of the City of Tamarac, Florid
3. That the proper officials of the Crty be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute an Acceptance of
Assignment..of the Lessee's interest in the aforesaid Lease.
