A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK
AND CITY ATTORNEY TO CAUSE CERTAIN
LANDS TO BE ANNEXED INTO THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it wise and
expedient to annex certain property into the City of
Tamarac; and,
WHEREAS, the City is required to publish notice
of intent to annex by ordinance, prior to the annexation
of any said Lands; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Clerk and City Attorney
I)cf and they are hereby directed to prepare an ordinance and
pu1)1 ish ttie notice of intent to annex certain lands into
the City of Tamarac, in accordance with that certain land
use snap dated August 14, 1968, prepared by Davis and Craven,
Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of August, 1969.
