A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN ROAD RIGHTS -
OF -WAY IN THE CITY OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, Behring Properties, Inc., has offered
to dedicate certain rights -of -way for road purposes;
to wit, extension of the University Drive and McNab
Road; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it wise and
• expedient to accept said road rights -of way; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the property described on
the deed attached hereto and made a part hereof the same
as if set forth in full herein and identified as Exhibit
A. be and the same is hereby approved and accepted as
00 road right-of-way in the City of Tamarac.
