RESOLUTION NO. t -69
A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE COMPENSA-
TION FOR ELECTION WORKERS TO $15.00
PER DAY.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is required to appoint
election workers in the conduct of elections held in_the City
of Tamarac from time to time; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to
compensate said election workers for the substantial time and
efforts put forth on behalf of the City by the election workers;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORI DA :
SECTION 1: That commencing on the first election
of the City of Tamarac from the date of this Resolution, all
members of the election board shall be compensated for work
performed at the rate of $15.00 per day for each full day
worked by the individual election worker. Said compensation
base shall be effective for all subsequent elections, general
or special.
