A RESOLUTION BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC ADOPTING THE ANNUAL
BUDGET OF ESTIMATED EXPENSES AND
RECEIPTS FOR THE 1969-1970 YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has submitted a proposed
budget to the Council of the City of Tamarac and said pro-
posed budget was tentatively adopMd by the Council of the
City of Tamarac; and,
WHEREAS, said tentatively adopted budget was,
within five (5) days after its adoption, published in a
newspaper of general circulation in the City and a hearing
held, not sooner than seven (7) days after said publication,
wherein objections, criticisms and comments to the tentative
budget were reported to the Council and the Council there-
upon adjourned said meeting in order to perfect said
changes and amendments as it deemed necessary and proper
in view of the public hearing; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the changes
and amendments to the tentative budget and has determined
that the annual -budget -of estimated income, receipts and
expenses for the 1969-1970 fiscal year shall be in

accord with the budget attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has been fully advised in
the premises and.the proceedings have been in accordance
with the Charter of the City of Tamarac; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the annual budget of.estimated
expenses and receipts for the fiscal year 1969-1970, in'
accordance with the 1969-1970 budget attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if set forth in full herein, be and
the same is hereby -adopted as the budget of the City of
Tamarac and the appropriate City officials are hereby author-
ized to collect, appropriate and 'disburse in accordance with
said budget.

1969.
