A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. DALE DUNIFON
to CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
TO SERVE AT THE PLEASURE OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, W.C. KELLY, CITY CLERK, has resigned said
position and such resignation has been accepted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fill the
vacancy created by said resignation; NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Mr. Dale Dunifon is hereby
appointed City Clerk, effective January 16, 1969, to serve
at the pleasure of the City Council, upon the following
compensation:
$10,000.00 per annum
Use of an automobile during working hours.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, 1969.
