A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNATURE OF DALE
DUNIFON, CITY CLERK, ON ALL BANK ACCOUNTS OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, AS A COUNTER SIGNATURE
TO THAT OF THE MAYOR OR, IN HIS ABSENCE, THE
VICE -MAYOR.
WHEREAS, Mr. Dale Dunifon has been appointed City
Clerk of the City of Tamarac, Florida, effective January 16,
1969; and,
WHEREAS, the Charter of said City requires the City
Clerk to countersign all checks or drafts on the City's bank
accounts; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the signature of Dale Dunifon, City
Clerk, on all City's bank accounts is hereby authorized as a
counter signature to that of the Mayor, William A. Morse, or,
in his absence, the Vice -Mayor, Charles J. Pastor. That the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to provide certi-
fied copies of this Resolution to all banking institutions at
which the City maintains bank accounts.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, 1969.
