70 - (O
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DANIEL E. DUNN TO THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC FOR THE REMAINDER
OF THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF RESIGNING COUNCILMAN
CHARLES J. LATZ.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 70-6 was passed appointing
Daniel E. Dunn to the Council of the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac has been
advised that said meeting was not held in accordance with the
Charter of the City of Tamarac, thereby rendering the appoint-
ment of Daniel E. Dunn to the Council a de facto appointment;
and, the Council deems Daniel E. Dunn to be well qualified and
said Daniel E. Dunn has indicated he would accept appointment
to the Council; now, therefore,
• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Daniel E. Dunn be and he is hereby
appointed to the Council of the City of Tamarac and shall serve
for the unexpired term of former Councilman, Charles J. Latz.
