RESOLUTION NO. 70 - It
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ISRAEL H. WILDERMAN
TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC FOR
THE REMAINDER OF THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF RE-
SIGNING COUNCILMAN THEODOR J. KOEHNE.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac has
accepted the resignation of Councilman Thedor J. Koehne,
thereby creating a vacancy on the Council; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10 of the Charter of
the City of Tamarac, the remaining Councilmen shall appoint,
by majority vote, a person otherwise qualified to be Council-
man and the person so appointed shall serve as Councilman for
the remainder of the unexpired term of the Councilman who has
resigned; and,
WHEREAS, the remaining members of the Council have
examined the qualifications of persons to serve on the Council
and deem Israel H. Wilderman to be well qualified and Israel H.
Wilderman has indicated he would accept appointment to the Council;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Israel H. Wilderman be and he is
hereby appointed to the Council of the City of Tamarac and shall
serve for the unexpired term of former councilman Theodor J.
Koehne.
