HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity of Tamarac Resolution R-70-0130 RESOLUTION NO. 70 - /J A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN ROAD RIGHTS -OF -WAY IN THE CITY OF TAMARAC. WHEREAS, Behring Properties, Inc., has offered to dedicate certain rights -of -way for road purposes; to wit, a part of N. W. 84th Terrace, Section 9; and, WHEREAS, the City Council deems it wise and expedient to accept said road rights -of -way; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the property described on the deed attached hereto and made a part hereof the same as if set forth in full herein and identified as Exhibit A, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted as road right-of-way in the City of Tamarac.
