RESOLUTION NO. 70 - 14
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THOMAS W. MULLIGAN AS
INTERIM CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the office of City Clerk
and Henry Leyerle, interim City Clerk, has submitted his resigna-
tion, and the Council deems it wise and expedient to appoint
another interim City Clerk with limited powers until a City
Clerk can be appointed; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the qualifications
of Thomas W. Mulligan and deems him to be well qualified for
the position of interim City Clerk; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMA.RAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Thomas W. Mulligan be and he is
hereby appointed interim City Clerk to serve at the pleasure
of the Council for an indefinite period, and shall be given
only such powers as are necessary to perform the ordinary and
routing duties of City administration, including, but not
necessarily limited to, the right to execute City checks.
