RESOLUTION # 7'
WHEREAS, a vacancy has been created in the
office of City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of filling
said vacancy, and
WHEREAS, the Council has interviewed various
applicants for the office of City Clerk.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That James W. Curran is hereby appointed as
City Clerk, to serve At the pleasure of the City Council.
That he shall receive as remuneration for his
services the sum of ($8,000.00) Eight Thousand Dollars
per annum.
This Resolution and the appointment created
hereby shall take effect as of June 15, 1970.
