CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION #�-
WHEREAS, The City Charter, City of Tamarac pro-
vides for necessary signatures on checks, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing
a Resolution designating the parties required and authorized
to sign checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the Mayor, Charles J. Pastor and the City
is Clerk, James W. Curran, are hereby authorized and empowered
to sign and execute checks for authorized expenditures.
That in the absence or disqualification of the
Mayor, the Vice Mayor, Theodore H. Hertrich, is hereby
authorized and empowered to sign and execute checks for
authorized expenditures, along with the City Clerk.
