CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION # 7� -,�3
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to
study the necessity for Charter revisions, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to
form a committee for the purpose of making such a study and
thereafter making recommendations to the Council for Charter
revisions, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of creating
such a committee and appointing a Chairman of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That a committee to be known as the Charter
Revision Committee is hereby established. That Mr. Julius
Z. Foris is hereby appointed as the Chairman of this Committee
with the power to appoint whatever number of individuals he
feels necessary to accomplish the purposes of this Committee,
as members.
That this Committee and its Chairman and its Members
shall serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
1970.
