CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION # 6",� 6 �
WHEREAS, Behring Properties and/or its assigns
has tendered the Sprinkler System for Section Four of the
Mainlands for acceptance by the City for maintenance pur-
poses, and
WHEREAS, written acceptance has been received
from the City's Contractor, Garden and Landscape, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the Maintenance Committee of the City of
Tamarac has recommended acceptance of the Sprinkler System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the Sprinkler System. in Section Four of the
Mainlands is hereby accepted by the City for maintenance
purposes, subject to defects in workmanship and parts at
the time of acceptance.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Q1 day of
