CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION #
WHEREAS, the pools in Woodlands Section Six and
Woodlands Section Seven have been tendered for acceptance
for maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of accepting
same for maintenance purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the pools located in recreation areas in
Woodlands Section Six and Woodlands Section Seven are hereby
accepted by the City of Tamarac for maintenance purposes,
subject to defects in workmanship and parts at the time of
acceptance.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /_day of
