RESOLUTION # ?a
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore by
Resolution appointed the law firm of DEUTSCH AND HURTH
to serve in the capacity and in the Office of City Attorney,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now advised that
said law firm has changed its name, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of
recognizing the change of name and reaffirming the afore-
mentioned appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida.
1. That the Resolution appointing the law firm
of DEUTSCH AND HURTH as City Attorney and all of the pro-
visions therein shall remain in full force and effect except
that in every place where the name of the law firm is stated
as DEUTSCH AND HURTH it shall be replaced by the new firm
name of DEUTSCH, HURTH, DEUTSCH, WELLENS AND GOLDBERG.
2. Further, that all compensation provided for
under the terms of that Resolution shall be paid in the name
of the firm, DEUTSCH, HURTH, DEUTSCH, WELLENS AND GOLDBERG.
