CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION # Po
WHEREAS, the City Charter, City of Tamarac pro-
vides that the City Council shall appoint a City Clerk and
set his remuneration and compensation by Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously appointed
JAMES W. CURRAN as City Clerk and set his compensation by
Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of pro-
viding for the payment to JAMES W. CURRAN a sum of money as
a car allowance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That beginning with the month of August, 1970, Mr.
JAMES W. CURRAN as City Clerk shall receive the sum of $50.00
per month as a car allowance. Said sum and allowance is pro-
vided for the purposes of defraying the expenses incurred by
Mr. CURRAN in the carrying out of his duties as City Clerk.
