RESOLUTION # M-31
WHEREAS, BEHRING PROPERTIES and/or its assigns
has tendered the Sprinkler Systems for those lots as indi-
cated on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof
for acceptance by the City for maintenance purposes, and
WHEREAS, written acceptance has been received
from the City's Contractor, GARDEN AND LANDSCAPE, INC.,
and
WHEREAS, the Maintenance Committee of the City
of Tamarac has recommended the acceptance of the aforesaid
Sprinkler Systems.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the Sprinkler Systems indicated on Exhibit A
attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby accepted
by the City for maintenance purposes, subject to defects in
workmanship and parts at the time of acceptance.
