Home My WebLink AboutCity of Tamarac Resolution R-70-0342 0 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORiIDA RESOLUTION #/ WHEREAS, the City by Agreement and Resolution in March of 1970, agreed to sell a pick-up vehicle, I.D. Number 201 to Garden and Landscape, Inc., and WHEREAS, the City has determined that there is a definite need for said pick-up vehicle and is desirous of getting same back, and WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is the owner of a certain dump -truck vehicle, I.D. Number CE530P117013, and WHEREAS, Garden and Landscape, Inc., is desirous of purchasing said dump -truck vehicle. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Tamarac, Florida, 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute those documents necessary to effectuate the sale of the dump -truck vehicle as aforesaid to Garden and Land- scape, Inc. 2. That in return for said dump -truck vehicle, Garden and Landscape, Inc., is to convey title to the pick- up vehicle as aforesaid and pay to the City of Tamarac the sum of $2,050.00 { Two thousand, fifty dollars. ) 3. That this Resolution, if necessary, shall be deemed as a modification of the Agreement between the City of Tamarac and Garden and Landscape, Inc., as aforesaid and that the City Clerk is required to have Garden and Landscape, Inc., execute a copy of this Resolution indicating their acceptance and agreement to the modification of the Agreement as aforesaid.
