RESOLUTION #_,�'
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a budget
message from the City Clerk of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Tamarac authorizes
the City Council to set by Resolution a levy upon taxable prop-
erty within the corporate limits of the City that it deems
necessary in order to raise such sums as may be necessary for
the operation of and for public purposes of the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of setting
such a millage or tax.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
THAT THERE BE and there is hereby levied upon all
taxable real and personal property in the City of Tamarac,
except that property exempted under the Constitution and other
laws of the State of Florida, a tax of four ( 4 ) mills on
each dollar of assessed valuation, for the year beginning
January 1, 1970 and ending December 31, 1970, for the benefit
of the City of Tamarac.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /1t4 day of
