CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION # U "
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has viewed the actions
on the part of Garden and Landscape, Inc., as being unrespon-
sible and a threat to the public health, safety, welfare,
and moral of the residents of this City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CUUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That any and all City occupational licenses issued
to Garden and Landscape, Inc., and/or their subsidiaries and/or
it principals be and they are gereby revoked effective this date.
Such action is viewed as a necessity by the City Council in
order to protect the public health, safety, welfare and morals.

All City employees and agents inclusive of, but not
limited to the City Clerk, City Building and Licensing Depart-
ment, and the City Police Department are hereby authorized
and instructed to take any steps necessary to affectuate the
intent of this resolution.
The City CLerX is hereby authorized and instructed
to forthwith -notify Garden and Landscape, Inc., of this action
by telegram and to immediately thereafter advise Garden --and
Landscape, Inc., by letter of the same.
After the effective time and date of the resolution
and subsequent notification, any attempts by Garden and
Landscape, Inc. and/or its employees, agents, or principals
to conduct business within the City of Tamarac shall be v
viewed as a violation of this resolution and any or all reso-

lutions and ordinance pertaining, and such conduct vs,business
shall be viewed and prosecuted as a criminal violation.
