CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION # '� O
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the present
maintenance program and the concept under which same is pro-

vided to individual, residential lotskand,
WHEREAS, the City Council now feels that such a
program should be divorced from the control and operation of
the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems the divesting of
said program as an immediate and necessary action in order
to best service and protect the public health, safety,
wlgfare a -ad interest of the resident�,of the City,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
the City of Tamarac, Florida,
That the City Clerk and City Attorney are instructed
to forthwith take whatever steps are necessary to accomplish
the divorcing of the maintenance pr, gram to individual, resi-
dential lots from the City.

That said action should be taken in an orderly
fashion so as to insure the least possible interrgption
of a common maintenance program.
It is the intent of the Council that said divorce-
ment should ultimately terminate the responsibility of the M ��aiI a
City of Tamarac for individual, residential lot maintenance
and place such control, authority, and responsibility in the
hands of individual, non-profit corporations or similiar
entities for each sect ion$ or group of sections whichever
may be deemed to be in the best interests of the residents.
The City Council's instructions are to be carried
forward forthwith as to the necessary preparation of the
aforementioned intent and to be presented to the City Council
for final action as quickly as possible.
